Our Services

Healing In The Green…

through outdoor, plant and art therapy sessions: writing/journaling, poetry, spoken word, instrumental jam sessions and other self-expression and creative outlets that contribute to wellness. Explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills. The creation or appreciation of art is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and build connections.

GHP ATL Art Sessions

Here at GHPATL, our goal is to give you and your children the tools to enjoy a lifetime of art.

Painting (watercolor, oils, acrylics)

  • pottery

  • drawing

  • monthly paint parties

  • "once & done" type arts and crafts

  • creative writing

  • and other general arts plus other creative classes, too, such as Photography, Jewelry, Fiber Arts and more

We are a technique-based teaching arts center.   You can be assured of classes taught by master artists who are also awesome and experienced teachers.  You will leave our courses, not just with a painting or a bowl, but with the knowledge and skills to continue a lifetime of life-enriching (and stress-reducing!) creativity!

Grounding Sessions

Grounding meditation

A type of meditation that helps you focus on your surroundings and get back in touch with the present moment

  • Breathwork

A group session where a breathwork wellness curator guides participants through different breathing techniques to consciously change their biochemistry and biomechanics

  • Earthing

A therapeutic technique that focuses on the positive effects that the earth's charges can have on your body and mind

  • Feeling the ground beneath your feet

A simple technique that involves noticing what the floor is made of and feeling it against the soles of your feet

  • Getting in nature

Spending time in green areas can help you clear your mind and feel closer to the earth

A grounding session is a therapeutic practice that involves activities to reconnect you with the earth and help you focus on the present moment. It helps to deal with stress, anxiety, or overwhelming feelings.

ITALK Sessions

I Talk Sessions are designed to create space for our clients to discuss challenging topics that face them in a safe space where they can learn strategies and ways to advocate for themselves. Additionally, our clients have an opportunity to share with our curator ways to improve the quality of the experience so that we continue to create a space where all they feel seen, valued, and heard.
